What we see is what we get, here is a very deep sermon by Elder Ty Gibson that looks into the the psychology of 2 beautiful Biblical passages:

Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Do we have the right perspective of the almighty God or do we have a wrong one? If we don’t then our beliefs will be wrong and therefore our thoughts will be wrong and our thought and feelings make up your moral character. When we fully understand that God is love, and love in the fullest sense (Agape), then when we dwell on the beautiful understanding of the selfless character of God then we become change. Our thoughts become change, our innermost person becomes change, our character will start representing Christ.
