Having treatments only without changing your lifestyle is like filling a bucket with water and with a hole at the bottom. You may feel better while taking the treatments but it is only temporary. Changing your lifestyle is also a preventative for future illnesses. The following health principles are our recommendation to start on a path to full health and provide the right tools for your body to fight any disease including cancer.

Changing your Mindset:

Most people start with food but we believe the best place to start is the mind as one of our favourite authors mentions that: Satan is the originator of disease, and the physician is warring against his work and power. Sickness of the mind prevails everywhere. Nine tenths of the diseases from which men suffer have their foundation here. E. G. White “Counsels on Health” pg. 324.

1) Have faith! When we realize that we are not the ones who sustain every heartbeat it releases a lot of stress off our shoulders. We are not alone and there is a personal God that wants you to be healthy and knows exactly what you are going through.

2) Have your mind set on becoming healthy, there is no point going through a big change like changing a lifestyle when one is double-minded. The first week or two may be hard. Because of the torture your body has received over the years we will need to go to the extreme detox toxins and replace all of the nutrients that your body has been lacking. Eventually, you will feel better from the process.

3) Forgiveness is the most important part. There is a lot of evidence that show that a person’s attitude or negative feelings can impact their health. If someone is scared the body releases adrenaline and hormones to protect you, it is called a fight or flight response. The same thing happens when someone is bitter or angry with someone else (or with self), but it is worse! When we are bitter or angry it stays with us, and every so often we think about the situation our heart starts beating and it releases the chemicals over and over again. This constant release of chemicals in the body can make the body very acidic, therefore making a perfect environment for cancer to develop.

Changing your food habits:

Healthy Fruits and Vegetables

Though the best place to start is the mind, the foods that we eat can impact the mind as well, it is all intertwined and of course the old phrase still applies today: you are what you eat.

1. Get rid of the meats, particularly the red meats as your body does not digest red meat properly. If you decline this step, make sure you reduce your intake of red meat and always buy grass fed organic meats. Always chew vigorously before swallowing.

2. Chew everything vigorously before swallowing.

3. Remove all refined sugars and any highly refined or processed foods. Please do not replace any sugars with any artificial supplements. Healthy replacements include raw stevia, raw honey, maple syrup and coconut palm sugar.

4. Remove the toxins from your diet, particularly hydrogenated fats or oils, which are carcinogenic. Hydrogenated fats are fats that have had hydrogen forced into the structure of the fat, therefore changing it into a totally different substance. This substance is carcinogenic. Other ways of changing the structure of a fat is to heat the fat past its smoke point (the point when the fat or oil starts smoking). Examples of toxic foods are: margarine, non-cold pressed oils, deep fried oils at the restaurants or fast food restaurants and processed foods.

5. Remove caffeine from your drinks and foods. Caffeine in tea and coffee might have some antioxidant affect but they cause more problems that it is worth. There are plenty of organic replacements, for example Roibos or Red bush teas, chicory coffee and other chicory-based beverages.

6. Stop alcohol altogether, even drinking a little bit of alcohol impairs the liver more than bulk drinking. Red wine, might have some antioxidant affect but they cause more problems than it is worth, and it is better getting a resveratrol tablets as an extract which is the most beneficial aspect of red wine.

7. Avoid all chemicals as much as possible. There are plenty of bio-natural products that can replace chemical household products like: dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner and soaps.

a. Most prescribed drugs are chemically made, and if taken you will need to look at replacing these drugs as much as possible with natural treatments. We need to stop treating the symptom and start treating the cause, and please consult your holistic practitioner regarding this process.

8. Replace pasteurized and homogenized milk with either raw organic milks or plant-based milks like almond.

9. All meals need to increase in fresh and organic foods. Please see below an honest food guide to help chose healthy food.

Alkaline Water

10. Add more raw fruits and vegetables into your diet, particularly dark leafy greens.

11. Drink more of the right water and at the right time! Water that is preferably without fluoride and has been alkalized, or even adding a bit of lemon (which has the same effect as alkalizing). Drinking water half an hour before and an hour after your meals will allow the body to process the foods more effectively.

12. Make sure your body is getting all the vital vitamins and minerals it needs, sometimes it is worth topping up with NATURAL supplements. There are some important minerals and vitamins that your body cannot produce or can struggle to produce depending on the environment and diet. Vitamin C, B12 & Foliate, D3, Iodine, Magnesium and Selenium are all vital nutrients for you to grow and sustain life.

a. Some say that the cancer is also caused by missing nutrients that we don’t get any more or not enough. Vitamin C and B-17 are two vitamins that help the most in the fight against cancer.

13. Remove heavy metals from your body. The body does not deal with heavy metals very well both neurotically and physically. The most common exposure to heavy metals is through dental amalgam. Dental amalgams are mixtures of mercury (50%), silver (~22-32% ), tin (~14%), copper (~8%), and other trace metals. Mercury is probably the most toxic metal known to man, unfortunately every time we eat or brush our teeth vapors are released. Though we understand the complexity of removing them, we believe this, so that your body can focus entirely on fighting the cancer.

Fluoride Picture public notice copy14. Remove Fluoride from your drinking water. Fluoride especially Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (an industrial waste), which is most likely in your water supply if you live in the following countries:

a. New Zealand
b. Ireland
c. Australia
d. United States of America
e. Singapore

Fluoride is another most poisonous substance known to man and is a major cause of cancer and other diseases, this is well documented.

15. Increase organic fresh fermented foods like Sauerkraut, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese and yogurt. These fermented, preferably non processed or pasteurized, are full of healthy bacteria essential for healthy digestion.

Lifestyle Changes:

Lifestyle can be the hardest to change with bad habits that have been created over the years but only by faith in the strength of God for us we can change our habits.


1. Start walking! Brisk walking encourages blood flow as well as sweating which helps remove the toxins from the body.

2. Get plenty of sunlight! One of the best ways your body can synthesize vitamin D3 (not D2) is through direct sunlight. D3 is a vital vitamin for your immune system, your cancer fighting tool. If there is little sunlight where you live you can top up by natural vitamin D3 supplement.

3. Sleep properly and plenty of it! Remove all electronic instruments from the bedrooms i.e. laptops, cell phones, internet routers and anything that transmits or has a transistor on it, including halogen lights.

4. Breathe! Most of us don’t know how to breathe properly, breathing through the nose and using your stomach (diaphragm) for the movements, just like a brand new baby. Breathe fresh and clean air, particularly in the country or at the oceans.

5. Change your music! Classical and ambiance music is the best way to calm the nerves and stress. Some music like dance, rock, rap and pop can release chemicals just like being angry.

Understand Cancer

1. Despite what people think, cancer is actually a survival tool that your body uses. Each person has cancer cells in them (some say cancer is Candida fungi), but when the body is abused, it can no longer sustain the balance and cancer takes over and creates inflammation which creates tumors.

2. Your body is more than able to fight cancer, we just have to give it a fighting chance.
